It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and it’s filled with my favorite traditions! Shopping, food and fun are all things we can relate to that make our holiday season festive, surrounded by our favorite friends and family members. Every home and town is different in the way they celebrate, but I love sharing a few of my favorites that can be shared all around and locally in my hometown.
Of most of the holidays throughout the year, the Christmas season can be one of the most challenging for those who live making just enough to pass each month. Most people find themselves racking up the credit card debt this time of the year to splurge for the people we love the most, but it’s still hard once you receive that statement on how much you actually can invest into a season.
We can all attest that life is insane – whether it be relationships, family, children, work or any of the other curve balls thrown at you from all angles. Our lives have been nothing but insanity this year, between getting married, buying a house (at least attempting to), and the many other things that can go wrong or right, so I firmly have learned that you must move through life with intention and an open mind, or else you constantly feel defeated.
